Respondent is a research platform that enables teams to find respondents for research studies, product validation, and market analysis. Their mission is to make research inclusive by growing a team who builds a product that delivers a diverse set of participants to anyone who wants to conduct research.
As a Senior Product Designer. I work on a design team of 6, including collaborating with our design systems lead. I was responsible for various projects including redesigning our form to recruit participants, improving the experience to rate participants to inform our matching algorithm, and maintain our component library. I also mentored our more junior designers on the team.
